Bert Scalzo, Ph.D | CTO & Chief Architect
Bert is a 30-year subject matter expert on all things databases, an Oracle ACE, a keynoter and blogger, and author/tech editor of 18 books on database technologies.
Previously, at Quest Software, Bert was the Chief Architect & Co-developer of TOAD. A prolific developer, Bert has been on the design/dev team for many successful products including SQL Optimizer, Spotlight, Benchmark Factory, DBArtisan, DB Optimizer, Rapid SQL, Aqua Data Studio, ERwin, ER Studio, and DB Change Manager.
